It integrates gas pressure regulator, dual solenoid pilot/main gas valves, intermittent hot surface ignition sequencing logic and flame rectification detection circuit within one single die-cast aluminum body. A mandatory 30-second pre-purge cycle clears residual gas inside the combustion chamber prior to every ignition cycle to eliminate explosion hazards. Step-opening pressure regulation delivers low initial gas pressure for stable pilot flame establishment, then ramps up to full firing pressure to prevent flame blowout and incomplete combustion. Upon flame loss or repeated ignition failures, dual gas valves instantly close and trigger permanent hardware lockout; power cycle reset is required to resume operation. Wide mounting angle tolerance allows flexible installation inside compact furnace and heater enclosures.
